While Terra Firma Realty had been making adjustments to our day to day business operations prior to this in response to ongoing developments in the country and state, this order now provides more details about what we’re being asked to do over the next month to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
As your community real estate team, we are dedicated to providing you with as much information and support as possible at all times, and right now is no different. After careful consideration among our leadership team, the Mike Coke Team's stance with respect to COVID-19 can best be summarized as respecting everyone’s individual wishes—those of our sellers, our buyers, our agents, and our employees. If a seller has reservations about showing their home, we will respect their wishes. If a buyer has reservations about viewing properties, we will respect their wishes. We appreciate that everyone’s personal situation is unique.
You can count on the Mike Coke Team team to be here for you and your family through this in any and every way we can!
