Email MeMy career in Real Estate began in 2009 when my husband started Terra Firma Realty focusing on providing real estate brokerage services to help others with the purchase and /or sale of residential and recreational properties. Our primary goals included “strive for excellence," "strive for excellence" and “focus on our customers,” making sure each customer felt like he/she were the ONLY customer. My education and experience as a Health/Wellness Coach and providing client-centered coaching to individuals managing chronic and lifestyle related conditions has provided me with the focus, compassion and understanding needed to help Terra Firma’s clients individually reach their real estate goals.
Prior to managing the operations of our rapidly-growing real estate company, I completed my college degree and worked 18+ years in a non-profit, complex, multi-faceted healthcare organization managing guest and lobby services and programs, hospital call center, corporate security access systems, interpreter services, and hospital cashier services. Because these are all customer-focused areas, I also developed and implemented customer service training programs. In addition, my technology background allowed me to serve as the Project Coordinator and System Administrator for three large corporate computer-based applications. My extensive background in business management and customer service has provided me with a great foundation for assisting with the general operations of Terra Firma Realty.
In addition to my integral role with Terra Firma Realty, I continue to be passionate about health education and the desire to help others. In my spare time I provide support to the American Heart Association as a Training Center Faculty member and teach various levels of community CPR. I also enjoy walking, hiking, biking, traveling, reading and spending time at our lake house with my husband, 2 adult children and friends. I am an avid sports enthusiast and LOVE my Badgers!
