Email MeI joined Terra Firma Realty (TFR) - Mike Coke Team in 2021 as the Marketing Coordinator, bringing with me over 10 years of experience as the Director of Retail Operations for a specialty store. During my tenure in that role, I successfully managed various aspects of the business including marketing, staffing, budgeting, product procurement, event coordination, and everything in between.
After nearly two years at TFR, I transitioned to the position of Operations Manager, leveraging my expertise in enhancing business processes, optimizing workflows, and effectively managing teams. I truly enjoy helping organizations improve their operational efficiency and fostering a fun and collaborative work environment.
Wisconsin has always been my home. I grew up in a small town in South Central Wisconsin and continued my education at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, where I obtained a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. My passion lies in business operations, driving brand awareness, unleashing creative design strategies, and cultivating strong relationships.
When I’m not immersed in my professional endeavors, you’ll find me embracing the great outdoors with my husband and dog. During the winter months, I dedicate over 20 hours per week to volunteering for Cascade Mountain Ski Patrol, South Central Region Ski Patrol, and Central Division Ski Patrol. As summer rolls around, you can catch me indulging in horseback riding, horse shows, camping trips, and riding motorcycles.
