Coaching

Every Terra Firma Realty Team member is provided coaching. Coaches are our partners in developing our business. They help us set our goals, provide honest feedback, and remind us of what we are trying to change and improve. They remind us of the big WHY and hold us accountable.

Our Broker/Owner, Mike Coke, is a Master Coach with nationally recognized Workman Success Systems. Chris Coke, our Sales Manager, is also a Senior Coach. Our team members are fortunate to have access to both of them as needed, along with private monthly coaching sessions and business planning with Mike. 

Many of the systems we have in place are proven methods from Workman Success Systems like “My Perfect Week,” Success Habit Tracker, Top 50 Program, scripts, role play, and the use of Agile to help keep everyone on track.  

At Terra Firma Realty we are always striving to learn. There are weekly team meetings that focus on ongoing training and keeping agents up-to-date with the latest information. We frequently have guest speakers such as lenders, title reps, insurance agents, home inspectors, etc. that stop in to educate us. 

Our training center features world-class videos in an on-demand setting to help our team members learn and implement those concepts they have not yet mastered. Off-site training opportunities include the Realtor's Association Annual Convention, team-organized training, conferences, and the Workman Success annual event called Leverage.
